Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required.
We cannot accept returns of opened fragrances for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfume bottles
Items damaged by the customer
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Products without their original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace or refund the product depending on availability.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping may be:
Paid by BGM Fragrance if the error is ours
Paid by the customer if the return is a change of mind
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return falls under our responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method
Within 5–10 business days (depending on the bank)
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
