Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. All fragrances sold at BGM Fragrance are 100% original. We do not sell replicas, imitations, or counterfeit products.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

“You can view your sales receipt directly in your email. After completing your order, we automatically send the receipt to the address you provided. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll gladly resend it.”

 
 
How can I return an item?

“To return an item, simply contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping details. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.”

 
 
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

“Yes, we regularly restock items that are marked as ‘out of stock.’ If a product you want is unavailable, feel free to check back soon or contact us so we can let you know when it becomes available again.”

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.
Fragrances must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders marked as delivered.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
